TERMS OF SERVICE

I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason I see fit, I am not required to take your commission.
1) Refunds
Generally speaking I do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be offered if both I and the client agree that it is in the best interest to cancel the commission. The amount refunded will depend on how much work has been completed and the cost of supplies already purchased. Do not commission me if you are financially unstable or in any situation where you are not completely certain you want to commission me. Filing a chargeback to get a refund for any reason will not be tolerated and I will take legal action. If there is any issues with your finished commission I would be happy to work with you towards a solution.
2) Payment
All prices are in CANADIAN dollars. I only accept payment through PayPal in Canadian dollars, PayPal will convert the currency for you. Alternate payment options are available to local buyers only! Please make sure the shipping address on your PayPal account is up to date. Issuing a charge back on PayPal to scam me/get a refund will not be tolerated and I will take legal action.
3) Payment Plans
I do offer payment plans on higher priced commissions. All orders under $1000 must be payed in full, anything over that I will accept a payment plan on. On orders of $1000-$3000, the minimum down payment is $1000 with payments of at least $400 a month until payed off. On orders over $3000, the minimum down payment is $2000 with payments of at least $400 a month until payed off. If you cannot meet these minimum requirements you will be unable to commission me.
Your commission must be fully payed off before I will start work on it! Depending on your position in my queue your commission may not be started immediately after the last payment, please be patient while I finish other works. Payments must be made on time and failure to do so may result in extra fees or cancellation of your commission without a refund. Again, if you are financially unstable, do not commission me.
4) Communication
Please make sure you have a reliable way of contacting me. Lack of communication makes it impossible for me to make any progress on your commission and ensure that it’s to your specifications. Please try to answer any messages in a timely manner. Any rude or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. My preferred methods of communication are through e-mail (Fenivira@gmail.com), Instagram DMs, or Twitter DMs. If you will be unable to contact me for an extended period of time let me know in advance. If I do not receive a reply or am otherwise unable to contact you for 6 months your commission will be cancelled without a refund!
5) Posting On Social Media
I retain the right to post progress pictures and finished pictures of any commission work on my social media, and use pictures of your commission for promotional material and examples. Please give proper credit when posting about commissions received from me, you do not need to give direct credit every time you post, but claiming my work as your own or as another maker's will not be tolerated.
6) Selling Finished Commissions
You may resell fursuits bought from me, but please don’t buy them just to sell them for more than you bought them for, or claim that you made them. It’s very rude to profit off of someone else’s work.
I understand that character popularity may cause a suit to sell for more than the original commission price in an auction. I am okay with this, I only have an issue when a suit is bought from me for the sole purpose to be sold for a significantly higher price.
7) Shipping
Shipping costs are not include in posted prices unless stated otherwise. Shipping must be paid or it will not be shipped. I apologize for the high price of shipping, but I live in Canada and most shipping is international. This being the case, you may have to pay a customs fee to pick it up. I am not in control of this factor and the post office does not notify me when it does happen. All my shipping fees include a tracking number, please contact me before your package is shipped if you would like insurance or signature confirmation added for an additional fee. Make sure that you give me a correct address, I'm not responsible for any lost packages due to an incorrect address and will not issue a refund for any lost packages.
Due to import/export changes, I cannot ship any packages to any country within the European Union. If you live in a country that is part of the EU you will be unable to commission me. Sorry for the inconvenience.
8) Age Of Commissioner
Any commissions from a minor will be taken at my own discretion. Generally speaking if your commission is under $200 I will work with anyone. For more expensive commissions you must be over 18 or have permission from an adult. If you want to commission me while underage, a legal guardian, parent, or adult who can be legally responsible for your money must make the actual purchase and payments. I’ll still be happy to speak with you directly about work on the suit, but anything about money must go through someone who can be held legally responsible. Please be prepared to provide ID to prove your age when commissioning me. Any photos of your ID will NOT be saved or distributed in any way. If you are found to be lying about your age or provide a false ID your commission will be immediately cancelled without a refund.
9) Allergies
I work in houses with cats and dogs, I try to keep my supplies as clean as possible but I can make no guarantees that it will be allergen free.
10) Deadlines
I do not work with strict deadlines. Please let me know before paying if there is a deadline that needs to be met. I will try my best to accommodate but I cannot make any guarantees that will be completed on time, and I will not be held responsible for a missed deadline. Orders with a deadline may be subject to a rush fee. Current turnaround time is approximately 3-6 months for small parts and 6-12 months for heads or larger orders, after the final payment is made. Work will not be started until your commission is fully payed off.
You must read, understand and agree to all the terms written above to commission me. Failure to agree with these terms or trying to find loopholes will result in commission cancellation and blacklisting.
